Consultant Physician - Breast Surgery (TWM)

Lead and manage divisional clinical and administrative operations, ensuring high-quality patient care through planning and clinical leadership. As a practicing Consultant Physician, provide breast surgery-specific clinical duties including ward rounds, diagnostic review, documentation, referrals, and informed consent. Oversee junior medical staff supervision, quality and safety initiatives, audit culture, incident response, and clinical data/reporting. Support education, CME, postgraduate learning, and clinical research activities while providing on-call coverage.
