Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and oversee delivery, support, and continuous improvement of the LoanIQ application portfolio, integrations, databases, and supporting platforms.
  • •Partner with Commercial Lending stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience.
  • •Lead development and modernization initiatives using .NET technologies, SQL Server, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise integration platforms.
  • •Manage LoanIQ roadmaps, technical debt, platform upgrades, infrastructure changes, and regulatory initiatives.
  • •Provide leadership during production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent resolution of critical issues.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing technology initiatives.
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
  • •Experience with LoanIQ or commercial lending platforms (or related technologies) is highly desirable.
  • •Comfortable with agile software development methodologies and effectively interacting with business executives and technology leadership teams.
