Key Responsibilities

  • •Planning and Scheduling: develop, maintain and oversee detailed project schedules, incorporating all phases from design to commissioning.
  • •Cost Control: prepare, monitor, update and oversee project budgets; track expenditures and analyze variances.
  • •Progress Monitoring: collect and analyze data to assess project performance; produce regular progress reports.
  • •Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies; lead contingency plans.
  • •Coordination: collaborate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, construction management or a related field.
