Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate relevant disciplines through project meetings and target-led workshops to resolve critical issues and meet safety, functional, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Establish robust project processes and procedures in conjunction with the client’s team and define scope, goals, and deliverables collaboratively.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for the client across design and construction phases, managing client and stakeholder relationships.
  • •Manage contract, budgets, cost estimation/tracking/reporting, expenditures/invoices, and change control for projects.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks, manage changes and delays, address RFIs/early warnings, and drive safety performance and compliance with Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in a relevant engineering or management discipline (such as project or construction management, engineering, science, or building).
  • •Chartered membership of a relevant professional body, or nearing completion of this status (advantageous).
  • •APM / MSP / PMI / PRINCE2 / Six Sigma certifications (beneficial).
  • •Working experience managing NEC3/4 contracts.
  • •Experience in project management, including technical/project management and project controls, on significant client-side delivery projects.
