Drive SOW/contract governance, risk management, and governance reporting to minimize revenue leakages and post-order escalations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across enterprise projects, ensure stakeholder sign-offs, and standardize templates to improve proposal-to-order hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

•Review and govern all strategic bids/proposals before customer submission, ensuring alignment between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, SCM and Legal teams.
•Validate commercials, solution scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery commitments; ensure stakeholder sign-offs prior to proposal release and order booking.
•Validate pricing, margin assumptions, payment terms, LD clauses, penalties, warranties, and commercial risks; ensure adherence to minimum margin thresholds and governance policies.
•Identify and prevent potential revenue leakages and unplanned cost exposures.
•Drive proposal-to-order hygiene and governance discipline with cross-functional coordination between Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, Legal, SCM, and OEM/Alliance teams.

Key Requirements

•8–15 years of experience in System Integration / IT Infrastructure / Managed Services environment.
•Strong understanding of techno-commercial bid management.
•Proven experience in proposal governance.
•Experience with managed services commercials and delivery lifecycle.
•Ability to drive contract review and SOW governance across cross-functional teams.
