Schedule service appointments and gather customer/vehicle information ahead of arrival. •Greet customers promptly and provide complete, accurate written labor and parts cost estimates, including promised time.
•Monitor repair progress throughout the day and contact customers about changes, explaining costs and time requirements and obtaining authorization for additional repairs.
•Test-drive the vehicle or refer to the test technician as necessary.
•Advise customers on vehicle care and maintain required standards while following safety policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
