Job Summary

Own portions of network/security system installations and break/fix work, ensuring client solution requirements are met against SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the right teams. Assist with documentation for ops handover and maintain project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback). Develop across networking, data center, security, collaboration, and end-user compute technologies while growing toward professional-level certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Own larger portions of installations and low-to-medium complexity break/fix incidents across the project lifecycle.
•Troubleshoot and perform problem resolution during the project lifecycle, escalating complex issues to relevant third parties.
•Assist with documentation of standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover.
•Compile and maintain project administration such as time capture and feedback to stakeholders.
•Conduct elementary presentations within the customer's organization and take leadership guidance from senior resources on relevant technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
•Valid CCNP Collaboration certification required (Voice certification preferred).
•Moderate experience in SOC analysis operations and end-to-end handling of security incidents.
•Moderate experience configuring and managing security controls such as SIEM, firewall, IDS/IPS, EDR/NDR, UTM, SOAR, and related security tools.
•Moderate experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations, with customer-focused communication and proactive problem solving.
