Personal Banker I

Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend deposit and loan products that meet customers’ immediate and future goals. Under direct supervision, generate leads, build and maintain customer relationships, and deliver clear guidance at the service window and through follow-ups and sales conversations. Coordinate with service representatives, provide transactional support, assist with customer requests and complaints, and process accounts, loans, and related branch transactions while adhering to operational, regulatory, and security requirements.
