Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and maintain initiative and project workplans, ensuring clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and accountability across functions.
  • •Support annual, quarterly, and monthly planning cycles by consolidating inputs and tracking progress against agreed priorities.
  • •Monitor project execution and performance; identify risks, dependencies, potential delays, and drive follow-up actions.
  • •Consolidate operational and performance data to produce KPI reports, dashboards, and trend analyses, and prepare management summaries.
  • •Facilitate alignment meetings and governance reviews across stakeholders; support transformation, continuous improvement, and maintain SOPs and action logs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Product Development Operations, PMO, Strategy Deployment, Project Coordination, Business Planning, or Operational Excellence.
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of KPI deployment, performance management, governance processes, and business planning activities.
  • •Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into business insights and recommendations.
