Job Summary

Lead Bull HR’s Centre of Excellence, owning and improving global HR processes (excluding recruitment and C&B). Build and transform career development, performance, talent and key people management practices, and manage the end-to-end L&D lifecycle. Drive HR process automation and employee experience initiatives, including HRIS implementation and optimization (Workday preferred), plus governance through policies, reports, KPIs, and action plans.

•Monitor and manage global HR processes (except recruitment and C&B).
•Set up processes and tools for career development, performance management, talent and key people management.
•Manage the end-to-end Learning & Development process from training needs analysis through content development and suppliers.
•Transform and automate HR processes for strong employee experience in a mid-size product organization.
•Implement and optimize HRIS and HR process tools, and drive employee engagement initiatives using policies, reports, and KPIs.

•Strong understanding of HR process governance, policy creation, KPI frameworks, reporting, and performance monitoring.
•Experience managing Learning & Development end-to-end, including training needs analysis, vendor management, and learning program implementation.
