Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the technical implementation and lifecycle of Synapse products in client environments, including banks and restricted or air-gapped infrastructure.
  • •Design client-specific deployment architectures covering network topology, security needs, integration points, data flow, and API exposure.
  • •Create and maintain client deployment technical artifacts such as API documentation, architecture diagrams, integration guides, deployment runbooks, and handover documents.
  • •Build and maintain integration components/adapters/connectors, and lead deployment orchestration and operational updates (rollouts, upgrades, patches, rollback procedures).
  • •Troubleshoot complex client-side issues (networking, firewalls, VPNs, proxies, load balancers, certificates, authentication/encryption) and collaborate with Product Engineering, DevOps, and Delivery teams.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in forward deployed engineering, systems integration, solutions engineering, DevOps, backend engineering, or technical implementation for enterprise clients.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python and building or integrating APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
  • •Experience deploying and operating applications using Kubernetes and Linux in enterprise or restricted environments.
  • •Experience with on-premise, private cloud, air-gapped, or client-managed infrastructure.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and communication skills working directly with client IT, security, infrastructure, data, and business teams.
