Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver complex shoring and shaft designs for constrained CBD or brownfield environments, including shafts exceeding 20 m depth.
  • •Perform specialist engineering assessment, investigation, condition assessment, structural appraisal, and rehabilitation of existing pipeline assets.
  • •Provide enabling and temporary works for complex underground installations and simplify complex engineering into practical, executable solutions.
  • •Lead technical reviews, design governance, and technical workshops; champion innovation across trenchless and temporary works practices.
  • •Drive growth by maintaining client relationships and shaping tender strategies, staging, and constructability assessments for major projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • •Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or equivalent.
  • •At least 15 years’ experience in underground structures and water/wastewater civil engineering.
  • •Proven record providing technical leadership and coordinating multiple engineering or adjacent disciplines across locations for successful delivery.
  • •Strong background in water industry consultancy, civil design, and project delivery, with comprehensive safety in design knowledge and Australian water industry standards.
