Maintenance Engineer Manager

Lead and manage the maintenance/machinists and engineering team in an onsite manufacturing environment. Build and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and coordinate corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive process improvements, analyze equipment performance data for root-cause insights, and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, vendors, and safety/regulatory compliance. Deliver training and lead upgrades, installations, and plant expansion projects.
