Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and develop upper middle market banking relationships within an assigned geographic territory.
•Drive profitability via loans, deposits, Treasury Management, fees, and capital markets while providing customer insights.
•Coordinate with portfolio management partners to structure loans, manage underwriting/credit approval, and ensure appropriate documentation.
•Lead collaborative pre-call planning with cross-functional colleagues to support strong client interactions.
•Use Centers of Influence referrals and grow the referral network to expand client relationships and address needs through partner introductions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
•10+ years of related experience in financial services and banking with a focus on commercial banking relationships.
•Ability to identify and mitigate credit risks, recommend appropriate credit structure, and articulate recommendations to clients.
•Formal credit training and commercial banking underwriting experience.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and willingness to become proficient with critical proprietary systems.
