Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site repairs for wood-framed structures, including walls, floors, trusses, and other framing components.
  • •Diagnose construction issues in the field and determine appropriate repair solutions.
  • •Complete “hot shot” deliveries of materials, tools, and components to job sites as needed.
  • •Interact with customers, superintendents, and stakeholders to assess issues and communicate repair plans.
  • •Ensure repair work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements; document repairs and materials used.

Key Requirements
