Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Lead production employees on the 2nd shift in a food manufacturing environment, reporting to the Operations Manager. Oversee multiple production lines, coach and train team members, and support sanitation to maintain a clean, food-safe facility. Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and Kaizen events while enforcing safety programs, quality and regulatory standards, and meeting production KPI goals.
