•Partner with engineering to establish the quality and capability bar for the domain.
•Prototype, analyze, and accelerate delivery using an AI-native way of working (build with AI daily).

Key Requirements

•8+ years in product management, including Staff/Principal-level ownership of a product area or domain end-to-end with measurable outcomes.
•Experience operating under real ambiguity—shaping roadmaps rather than executing someone else’s plan.
•Strong technical ability to partner with a senior engineer (read architecture, debate trade-offs, stay credible in technical conversations).
•AI fluency beyond prompting—building agents, scripts, and workflows (tooling specifics not required).
•First-principles problem solving with high learning velocity, comfort with startup scope and pace changes; based in San Francisco and committed to onsite work.
