Job Summary

Own the architecture, governance, and operational excellence of workplace platforms and business systems that support 1X’s rapidly growing robotics organization. You’ll design scalable workflows, improve interoperability, strengthen access governance (RBAC/IAM), and build operational dashboards. Lead platform scalability efforts across IT and business systems by partnering with Security, Engineering, and Operations to automate work and increase reliability across critical collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the architecture, governance, and operational excellence of workplace platforms and business systems.
•Design scalable workflows and improve system interoperability across the organization.
•Strengthen access governance using RBAC and access management standards.
•Automate workflows and improve reliability of business-critical platforms.
•Build reporting and operational dashboards and partner with Security, IT, Engineering, and Operations for scalability and compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 235,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in IT systems, workplace platforms, technical operations, or business systems engineering.
•Hands-on experience administering and scaling enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms.
•Experience with workflow automation, scripting, CI/CD integrations, or platform tooling.
•Strong understanding of access governance, security best practices, and operational compliance.
•Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
