Key Responsibilities

  • •Work in a specific operations function to perform day-to-day operational tasks and provide exceptional customer service.
  • •Support branches by reviewing and documenting critical functions, and train bank staff on procedures, applications, and access.
  • •Administer function-specific systems and user access for related applications.
  • •Assist with disaster recovery/business continuity testing, participate in bankwide problem-solving projects, and recommend process improvements.
  • •Support updates and defect review for the annual JHA SilverLake release, including testing, training documentation, and posting updates to BannerNet.

Key Requirements

  • •0 to 2 years of clerical, bank, and/or client service experience with retail banking or operations exposure.

  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
