Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead process mapping, analysis, and redesign initiatives across multiple business functions to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • •Identify process inefficiencies and develop future-state processes that drive continuous improvement.
  • •Conduct structured root cause analysis using Lean Six Sigma to diagnose operational challenges and implement solutions.
  • •Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
  • •Build business cases to quantify improvement value and monitor results after implementation.

Key Requirements
