Drive cross-functional operational excellence by leading process mapping, analysis, and redesign across shared services, finance, HR, procurement, and other enterprise operations. Apply Lean and Lean Six Sigma root-cause analysis to diagnose bottlenecks, optimize performance using operational data, and build business cases to measure impact. Partner with AI and automation specialists to implement digital solutions and support change adoption while managing multiple improvement projects end to end.
