Guest Service Agent

Welcome guests from arrival through check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth, friendly experience. Serve as the primary contact during guests’ stays—answering inquiries, resolving issues, and sharing local recommendations. Process reservations, updates, and special requests using property management systems to keep scheduling accurate. Communicate clearly and professionally across in-person, phone, and email channels while working a rotating roster within 7:00am–11:00pm.
