CDD - Chef de Groupe Project Management (F/H/X)

Lead a portfolio of makeup development projects for Sephora Collection, coordinating internal teams and external subcontractors from marketing brief to market launch. Build and track launch schedules, manage new project execution, and ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to required quality and quantity. Assess feasibility, identify risks, define action plans, facilitate project meetings, and present solutions for at-risk initiatives to leadership while improving project methods.
