Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and define architecture, data, and cloud strategy for large client accounts using enterprise modernization and capability mapping.
  • •Engage with and present to customer C-level executives, aligning strategic objectives with the Celonis technical strategy.
  • •Identify and architect solutions that leverage emergent technologies, including agentic AI.
  • •Bridge product and engineering teams with client teams to deliver best technical services and advise on technical implementation issues.
  • •Participate in pre-Sales and post-Sales phases, creating technical designs, presentations, and reusable consulting assets.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect/CTO/enterprise architect.
  • •Proven ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
  • •Capability mapping and enterprise modernization experience, with strong understanding of agentic AI.
  • •Strong background in cloud-native architectures, SaaS solutions, ERP (SAP S/4HANA or ECC), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow), and cybersecurity posture fundamentals.
  • •Experience with data architecture, integrations patterns, and development background using data-related languages (SQL, Python, etc.).
