Key Responsibilities

  • •Work one-on-one with a child in their home, using play to help them learn life skills.
  • •Act as a play partner using the child’s favorite toys or games to support communication and socialization.
  • •Help children build independence through daily routines that make a difference for their family.
  • •Track progress to celebrate milestones and guide adjustments with the BCBA team.
  • •Learn and follow guidance from a BCBA mentor for support and mentorship.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed your 40-hour RBT training course.
  • •Ready (and excited) to sit for the RBT Exam (support and mentorship provided).
  • •High school diploma.

  • •Reliable with your own transportation and comfortable being active (sitting, kneeling, and playing on the floor).
