  • •Partner with business teams to understand purchase requirements and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (PR-to-PO, contracting, renewals).
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Third-Party Risk teams to ensure governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment.
  • •Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to optimize cost, quality, and service levels.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of post-qualification, relevant procurement experience, including at least 3+ years in people management roles.
  • •Strong experience in techno-commercial procurement, contract management, and vendor management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, value creation, and cost optimization.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and managing categories such as MarTech, SaaS, corporate insurance, global recruitment agencies, and other professional services.
  • •Exceptional negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba, MSD365, Oracle, NetSuite, or ServiceNow.
