Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for HR contracts to ensure favorable terms aligned with RTX objectives.
  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, aligning sourcing activity with strategic priorities.
  • •Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation and management, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
  • •Manage partnerships supporting recruitment agencies and headhunters to support global talent acquisition needs.
  • •Evaluate and select suppliers for learning and development programs, including training providers and e-learning platforms.
