Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • •Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • •Conduct client needs assessments to customize solutions (portfolio management, equities, trading strategies).
  • •Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services for clients upon request.
  • •Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences or act as a representative in booths
  • •Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • •Maintain regular contact with existing clients via meetings, calls, and market updates.
  • •Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
  • •Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance with policies
  • •Comply with the company policies, including the code of ethics/conduct.
  • •Track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, AUM growth) and refine strategies.
  • •Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • •Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure retention and satisfaction
  • •Prepare sales performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) for leadership
  • •Review sales plans periodically to align with market performance and identify improvements.
  • •Initially, incumbent will not be given expense power, however, will be given approval powers based on his/her level of management experience and brokerage expertise.

  • •Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field; Experience +5 years in stockbroking or financial sales; Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities; Deep knowledge in UAE/GCC/US financial markets, including margin trading regulations; Proven experience as a sales executive and relationships; Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters Eikon; Trading platforms and investment databases; Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques; Track record of negotiating large-scale trades or managing high-net-worth client portfolios; Fluent in English, Arabic desirable.
