Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and deployment of business application systems to improve efficiency
  • •Translate user needs and business objectives into system requirements and solutions
  • •Provide appropriate solutions to internal and external business requirements and coordinate with vendors for maintenance, operations and support
  • •Prepare testing and conduct user acceptance testing with users
  • •Ensure system maintenance, data integrity and post-implementation evaluation

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related IT field
  • •3-5 years of software development experience (any language)
  • •Interest in increasing corporate value through ERP and other business systems
  • •Experience leading members from other companies or departments and delivering team results
  • •Industry knowledge in Retail/Wholesale/Fashion is a plus; experience in Sales/Purchasing/Inventory/Finance systems is beneficial; native Japanese; business-level English
