Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership in pitching and execution of CIB transactions, running execution processes for transactions.
  • •Oversee the team’s modeling and analytical capabilities and ensure delivery of high-quality analysis and materials with limited supervision.
  • •Create high-impact pitch materials and translate analytical and credit findings into actionable recommendations.
  • •Support Managing Directors with day-to-day management, including allocating junior resources appropriately and managing priorities across engagements.
  • •Direct day-to-day supervision of Associates and Analysts, providing performance feedback, mentoring junior talent, and ensuring adherence to risk, compliance, confidentiality, and information barrier requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree/certification (e.g., CFA) strongly preferred but not required.
  • •7–10 years of total M&A investment banking experience, including prior Associate-level responsibilities.
  • •Proven track record originating and closing complex financial transactions as part of a team.
  • •Excellent oral and written presentation skills, plus strong relationship building skills with senior executives.
  • •Securities licenses: SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 (or ability to maintain/obtain under company policy).
