Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and help support branch performance through client servicing and transaction support. Spend time processing financial transactions, identifying needs during client conversations, and providing customized financial wellness recommendations through in-person interactions and proactive calling. Partner with branch leadership and teammates, follow compliance and security procedures, and help manage cash operations while meeting individual activity and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal, professional, and financial needs.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate; provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing new and current client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
