Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ personal, professional, and financial needs.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen client relationships.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate; provide customized financial wellness recommendations.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and maintain knowledge of product guides, fees, and policies.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing new and current client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experience in cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
