Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide, facilitate, and educate Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver business value using cloud technologies and methodologies.
  • •Improve Scrum maturity through sustainable coaching and continuous application of Agile practices and ways of working.
  • •Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when needed; manage work using SAFe/Scrum/Kanban practices including planning and retrospectives.
  • •Partner with key stakeholders and management (Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Team Leads) for backlog prioritization, product increment planning, and metrics reporting.
  • •Support and educate the Product Owner and Team Leads on product backlog and ongoing backlog refinement, ensuring progress is trackable to objectives and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a University Degree (or 5 years with an Advanced Degree in a related field).
  • •Expert knowledge of SAFe or Agile plus traditional project management practices, with ability to blend them for the business environment.
  • •Prior experience applying Scrum/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level development projects.
  • •Experience overseeing Scrum and/or project teams with at least 5 members across Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA engineers.
  • •Provide documented evidence of hands-on delivery experience with Agile methodologies in large, complex projects (preferred: 7+ years as a Project Manager or Scrum Master) and relevant certifications.
