Job Summary

Lead and coach multiple SAFe Scrum teams supporting the Cloud Hosting Portfolio within RTX Enterprise Services’ PMO. Facilitate Agile/Scrum practices, improve Scrum maturity, remove impediments, and help teams deliver trackable outcomes tied to KPIs and product increments. Partner with stakeholders (Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Team Leads, Product Owners) to prioritize backlogs, manage dependencies, and drive data-driven execution in a fast-paced, cross-organization environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide, facilitate, and educate Scrum teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver business value using cloud technologies and methodologies.
•Improve Scrum maturity through sustainable coaching and continuous application of Agile practices and ways of working.
•Remove impediments and blockers, escalating when needed; manage work using SAFe/Scrum/Kanban practices including planning and retrospectives.
•Partner with key stakeholders and management (Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, Team Leads) for backlog prioritization, product increment planning, and metrics reporting.
•Support and educate the Product Owner and Team Leads on product backlog and ongoing backlog refinement, ensuring progress is trackable to objectives and KPIs.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a University Degree (or 5 years with an Advanced Degree in a related field).
•Expert knowledge of SAFe or Agile plus traditional project management practices, with ability to blend them for the business environment.
•Prior experience applying Scrum/Agile methodologies on enterprise-level development projects.
•Experience overseeing Scrum and/or project teams with at least 5 members across Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA engineers.
•Provide documented evidence of hands-on delivery experience with Agile methodologies in large, complex projects (preferred: 7+ years as a Project Manager or Scrum Master) and relevant certifications.
