Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute ESCO’s business development strategy to drive revenue and growth opportunities.
  • •Source, evaluate, and pursue new licensing and partnership opportunities across multiple industries and distribution channels.
  • •Manage partnership discussions end-to-end, from outreach and pitch development through negotiation, contracting, launch, and ongoing relationship management.
  • •Build compelling presentations, proposals, business cases, and financial models to support profitable partnerships.
  • •Maintain and report a robust partnership pipeline while tracking industry trends and collaborating cross-functionally to transition partnerships into product development.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, licensing, sales, or a related commercial role.
