Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Heavy Civil Infrastructure

Lead cost management and quantity surveying services across heavy civil and infrastructure projects in the Houston market. Advise clients on cost and commercial strategy across the project lifecycle, manage estimating and cost planning, support procurement and contract award recommendations, and oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and change/claims evaluation. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, benchmark and validate quantities and estimates, and mentor junior team members while using cost estimating, project controls, and reporting systems.
