Lead selection and development of non-metallic material systems (polymers, elastomers, composites) across complex projects at Halliburton. Drive end-to-end materials development from formulation to field deployment, serve as SME for non-metallic materials, apply data-driven and AI-enabled methods to optimize design and scale-up, and provide technical leadership on sourcing and cross-functional coordination in the energy sector.
