Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately weigh and fill liquid chemical materials into containers according to instructions and recipes.
  • •Follow packing procedures including scanning to validate materials and precision weighing using weight-assisted tools and correct scales.
  • •Use Manufacturing Execution System and SAP to inventory containers and record total packed amount, pack-out vs. scrap loss, and delivery quantity confirmations.
  • •Maintain strict labeling protocol (printing/reprinting, selecting label sizes, correct placement, and disposal of extra/ruined labels).
  • •Close containers properly (crimping and applying tamper-evidence seals) while following PPE and safety requirements and maintaining a clean workspace.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) or prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •1-year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
  • •Must be able to tolerate strong odors and allergens.
  • •Ability to be on your feet for an 8-hour shift and frequently lift 35 lb and move/lift up to 50 lb.
