Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture and be present with every client and teammate.
  • •Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and act as a resource to clients and teammates.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations; provide customized recommendations or transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash and accurately processing financial service transactions.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
