Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of regional digitalization programs, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, customer satisfaction, revenue, and gross margin performance.
  • •Establish and maintain robust program governance (steering committees, executive reviews, dashboards, escalation paths, risk registers, action tracking, decision logs).
  • •Lead cross-functional teams across project management, engineering, product/software, cybersecurity, data, cloud, services, commercial, legal, finance, and partner organizations.
  • •Drive predictable execution across multiple countries and customer sites by standardizing lifecycle practices, phase gates, cadences, documentation, and reporting.
  • •Translate customer objectives into digital program outcomes, success measures, adoption plans, and value realization roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10–15 years of experience in program/project management and digital transformation, including industrial automation, software delivery, or technology-enabled services.
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-country programs in the Middle East across sectors such as oil & gas, refining, petrochemicals, chemicals, utilities, energy, manufacturing, or infrastructure.
  • •Strong understanding of digitalization programs spanning industrial software, connected operations, data platforms, analytics, cloud-enabled solutions, system integration, and cybersecurity considerations.
  • •Proficiency in program governance and controls, including change management, risk management, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline (advanced degree desirable).
