Coach and train Teller teams in Branch Banking to process transactions accurately and efficiently while modeling excellent customer service. •Coach and train Teller team members to process transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
•Provide teller supervision and support the Branch Operations Manager with performance relative to losses, differences, and mitigating risk.
•Approve customer and bank transactions within established limits, including cashier’s checks, wire transfers, and deposit processing.
•Ensure training and implementation of banking policies and procedures within staff; contribute to branch audit and certification results.
•Manage, support, coach, and train employees, including interviewing/hiring decisions and delivering performance evaluations and counseling.

•Ability to organize and prioritize, problem-solve across multiple concurrent tasks, and know when to escalate.
•High School diploma or equivalent required.
