Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide legal advice on data protection matters under global frameworks such as the GDPR.
  • •Advise the business on privacy compliance for new products, initiatives, and operational changes with a risk-based approach.
  • •Handle privacy contracting and risk management, including drafting and negotiating DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements, and privacy due diligence for third parties and in an M&A context.
  • •Support data mapping and documentation of data processing activities, including performing data protection impact assessments.
  • •Develop and maintain global privacy policies and procedures, conduct privacy maturity audits, and support investigations or fine-related proceedings with data protection authorities.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas with GDPR knowledge.
  • •Bachelor’s (or comparable degree) in law.
  • •Certified expertise in EU privacy laws (e.g., IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) is a plus.
  • •Excellent English skills; Polish, Spanish, or German are a plus.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and functions.
