Job Summary

Supervise and manage electrical maintenance activities for power generation and/or water desalination assets, including preventive/corrective maintenance, planned outages, and overhauls. Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to reduce downtime and improve reliability, and conduct feasibility studies for equipment modifications and upgrades. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and SAP/CMMS administration, coordinate with EPC/OEM contractors and internal teams, and ensure strict HSSE compliance while guiding electrical technicians and meeting maintenance targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Supervise preventive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance for plant electrical equipment to ensure reliability and continuity of operations.
•Manage emergency breakdown responses, implement corrective actions, and minimize downtime using troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
•Conduct engineering studies and feasibility assessments for equipment modifications and upgrades, and prepare specifications, cost estimates, and evaluation reports.
•Ensure electrical maintenance activities are documented in SAP/maintenance logs, including notifications, work orders, planning, scheduling, and data integrity in line with NOMAC standards.
•Maintain HSSE compliance (including Permit-to-Work systems), coordinate with internal teams/EPC/OEM contractors, and supervise/coaching electrical technicians to achieve maintenance targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
•7–10 years of electrical maintenance experience in power generation and/or water desalination plants.
•Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
•Experience conducting outages for critical electrical equipment.
•Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance principles and power plant equipment.
