Job Summary

Build and manage trusted relationships with customers by engaging them in person, by appointment, and virtually, while applying a digital-first approach. •Complete Premier Client Relationship Consultant duties by building trusted customer relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels using a digital-first mindset.
•Assess and attend to customer banking needs by obtaining and processing customer and account information, then educating clients on deposit and loan products and services.
•Recommend solutions based on customers’ goals and make appropriate recommendations both reactively and proactively.
•Originate and close consumer loans, open accounts, provide digital banking solutions, and open and/or close the branch.
•Maintain FINRA registrations to refer clients to registered representatives in partnership with wealth management teams (referral-only).

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Typically 5+ years of job-related retail banking experience (or a combination of experience and commensurate training).
•Maintain FINRA SIE and Series 6 and Series 63 (or equivalent) registrations.
•Complete NMLS registration requirements under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including background/credit check requirements.
•Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to use and demonstrate digital products and self-service technologies.
