Own the high-touch onboarding of new retail customers to Moniebook POS, turning signed merchants into confident, active users within their first 30–60 days. Design onboarding plans, configure the POS for each retailer’s workflow, and deliver one-on-one and group training. Monitor usage and feature adoption, troubleshoot onboarding issues, document progress in CRM tools, and hand off to account managers with clear context and customer insights.

•Monitor usage and adoption (transactions, features, engagement), and intervene with targeted support for at-risk customers.
•Maintain onboarding records, manage troubleshooting/escalations, and complete well-documented handoffs to account managers while sharing feedback with product and account teams.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills to train diverse audiences.
•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose customer challenges and recommend solutions.
