Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee end-to-end financial transactions, including accurate client invoicing and vendor purchase order management, and validate intercompany agreements for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Review and approve client invoices and supplier expenditures in alignment with Delegation of Authority (DoA), ensuring adherence to accounting standards, financial controls, and SOX requirements.
  • •Lead annual budget development and monthly re-forecasting, using advanced financial tools to automate reporting and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • •Perform complex cost allocations and financial modeling for contract profitability reporting and consolidate contract performance data for KPI reporting.
  • •Provide variance analysis and financial guidance to regional and enterprise sector leadership, mitigating risk, identifying performance drivers and improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or CMA (or similar) highly preferred.
  • •6+ years of relevant experience in financial management, controllership, or FP&A in complex environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, revenue recognition, and SOX governance.
  • •Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in revenue recognition and contract accounting.
  • •Leadership and people management skills, including experience developing and motivating teams.
