  • •Define and review phased delivery plans, resources, costs, schedules, budgets, risk assessment/mitigation, governance, reporting, and forecasting/material needs.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and establish clear accountabilities for internal teams and outside contractors/vendors to enable high performance.
  • •Drive vendors and project execution to meet aggressive timelines while managing prioritization and flexibility for internal schedules.
  • •Lead solution deployment end-to-end, including network architecture, construction methodologies, material selection/acquisition/handling, field installation, acceptance, and handover.
  • •Ensure in-scope, on-schedule, on-budget delivery by establishing team structure, reporting, metrics, and frequent status updates to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant OSP construction and civil/construction experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of OSP engineering standards and outside plant construction (e.g., boring/trenching, fiber pulling in duct, aerial and underground construction).
  • •Experience with the full lifecycle of OSP/Civil projects including estimating, engineering, permitting, and constructing.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project, plus experience with mapping programs.
  • •Experience leading project delivery and customer relationship management, with exceptional organization and written/verbal communication skills.
