Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of up to employees and 8 supervisors across multiple shifts.
  • •Be visibly present on the shopfloor and actively lead through coaching and support to build an engaged team culture.
  • •Ensure safe, productive, and high-quality shift operations aligned with production, quality, food, and work-safety standards.
  • •Organize and coordinate daily labor deployment and available resources to achieve production targets efficiently.
  • •Monitor KPIs and analyze/report productivity, quality, efficiency, and results to management; support process improvements for higher productivity and cost efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed studies in business administration, business engineering, logistics, or a comparable qualification.
  • •First leadership experience in production (ideally food production) with knowledge of warehouse and production processes.
  • •Strong accountability for occupational safety, quality, food safety, process stability, and operational performance.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace and experience analyzing KPIs, especially in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • •Fluent German and good English (at least B2 each).
