Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership for mechanical building services design on railway projects from concept to handover.
  • •Supervise and mentor design teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable, low-carbon building services.
  • •Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, Part L and rail-specific standards; interpret client specifications.
  • •Select and specify plant/equipment (AHUs, fans, pumps, boilers, chillers, ductwork, etc.) and associated systems.
  • •Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and clients to realize project objectives and net-zero commitments.
