Job Summary

Own strategic readiness and executive communication for the Global Payments team, connecting global payment priorities with local execution needs in regulated markets. Translate complex payment, regulatory, and operational topics into leadership-ready narratives, updates, and briefing materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess readiness gaps and dependencies, support governance and escalation routines, and develop communication plans for launches, regulatory changes, and transformation initiatives.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Strengthen strategic readiness through strategic preparation, pre-launch readiness, cross-functional execution, and internal communication mechanisms.
•Produce senior stakeholder communication and business storytelling, including executive reporting materials, project communication frameworks, and stakeholder packs.
•Translate complex payment, regulatory, operational, and strategic topics into concise leadership-ready materials such as updates, business reviews, briefing notes, and talking points.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to assess readiness gaps, execution dependencies, stakeholder implications, and communication needs for key initiatives.
•Support governance routines, readiness reviews, escalation forums, and leadership reporting to track priorities, surface risks, and enable timely decisions.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in payments, fintech, financial services, banking, consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, regulatory readiness, or strategic communications.
•Strong understanding of payment operations and fintech business models across acquiring, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment methods, reconciliation, foreign exchange, or cross-border payments.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop clear, concise, leadership-ready materials for senior audiences.
•Strong stakeholder management experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders in a complex, international environment.
•Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables with high attention to detail.
