Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

  • •Install equipment at customer locations, test and align to design specifications, and recommend material substitutions if needed.
  • •Evaluate and diagnose problems, perform repairs, and collaborate with coworkers and field support to resolve issues.
  • •Maintain and optimize equipment daily to prevent problems and ensure continued functionality.
  • •Train customers in usage and routine maintenance, serve as a resource for malfunction resolution, and advise on corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and submit technical reports and pass-downs, support less experienced personnel as needed, and adapt to business needs (including overtime).

Key Requirements

  • •BS degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience; mechanical aptitude and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, semiconductor processes, relevant software; and safety procedures; strong oral and written English.
