Support the Executive Chef by preparing, producing, and presenting food to the resort’s high standards of quality and excellence. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen by following procedures for food preparation, storage, labeling, and food safety (HACCP). Contribute to menu presentation and food displays, maintain kitchen equipment, and deliver exceptional guest service by handling feedback professionally while collaborating with teams across the resort.
