Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and EOR partners to ensure timely processing and accuracy.
•Review payroll inputs, outputs, statutory contributions, invoices, and reports for completeness and accuracy.
•Collaborate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve discrepancies.
•Assist with onboarding payroll readiness, benefits enrollment, banking details, tax documentation, and payroll profiles.
•Support payroll-related pre-sales queries and provide operational insights for quotations and client discussions.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, EOR operations, HR operations, or global workforce management.
